Tricia Narcisse is a seasoned nursing professional with a strong foundation in clinical care, leadership, and education. She began her career as a bedside medical-surgical nurse, then transitioned into labor and delivery, where she discovered her passion for women’s health. After several years, her leadership potential quickly emerged, and she stepped into the role of Assistant Nurse Manager for a decade.

Driven to make a broader impact, Tricia earned her Master’s of Science in nursing administration from New York University. She went on to serve as a mother-baby nurse manager for over 10 years, where she led high-performing teams, championed patient-centered care, and cultivated a supportive and empowering environment for both patients and staff.

Her love for mentoring and developing future nurses inspired her transition into academia while leading a team. As a clinical professor, Narcisse shared her expertise across various universities, where she committed to shaping the next generation of nurses through mentorship, hands-on instruction, and leadership development. She is now happy to join the Pacific College team and aims to create a supportive, engaging environment that builds confidence and critical thinking.
