Pacific College of Health and Scienceโs (โPCHSโ) Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality products and services with the highest level of integrity. It is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide and to help you make informed decisions when using our site, products and services. This Privacy Policy will be continually assessed against new technologies, business practices and our customersโ needs.
Access to and use of this website is available only to United States residents who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you do not qualify, you may not use the website. In compliance with the Childrenโs Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, no one under 13 years of age can use the website. If you are a minor between the ages of 13 and 18, you may use the site only in conjunction with your parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult.
If you are a PCHS student, your educational information that is part of your educational record is maintained in accordance with the U.S. Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (โFERPAโ), state laws, and PCHSโs policies. Where certain state or local privacy laws are preempted by FERPA, PCHS must abide by FERPA.
As described below, some of your personally identifiable information will be used by us for the purpose of contacting you regarding the information that you have requested. By using the website, you expressly consent to our use of your personal information and also to the disclosure to and use of this information in our efforts to contact you and for continued marketing efforts by our school and agents charged with communicating with our customers and potential customers. What information do we collect?
We collect personally identifiable information you voluntarily choose to disclose and aggregate information that is automatically collected when you visit the website.

Sharing information with third parties
NOTE: For prospective students inquiring about educational programs at our San Diego and Chicago campuses or for the Cosmetic Acupuncture Program, we will share your personal information with Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCU) as PCHS intends to transfer these campuses and the Cosmetic Acupuncture Program to SCU in approximately May 2026. We may also share your information with third party service providers for the sole purpose of communicating with you regarding the educational programs and services offered by our company. We cannot and do not make any representations about the practices and policies of these companies and they are not subject to our Privacy Policy.
How do we protect your information?
We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect. This software provides a limited degree of protection against unauthorized access or disclosure, as well as accidental loss, alteration or destruction.
Do we comply with legally compelled disclosure of information?
We may release any private information about you that we possess when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or apply our Privacy Policy and/or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, the site users or others.
