Free Acupuncture Clinic for Seniors

Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, a national leader in the instruction of Acupuncture and Oriental medicine, is now offering free acupuncture treatments for senior citizens at the First Lutheran Church in downtown San Diego.

WHY: 

Chronic pain from a variety of conditions affects millions of senior citizens in the United States each year. Most will chose conventional methods of relief involving medications that have side effects or surgery that is often costly and risky. Fifteen million acupuncture treatments are performed safely each year in America alone and the number is growing rapidly. Acupuncture therapy is beneficial for problems such as: pain, arthritis, asthma, upper respiratory conditions, digestive and urinary disorders, insomnia, depression, post-stroke paralysis, and much more!
