Pacific College of Health and Science is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Adjunct Faculty in the Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine program at our New York Campus.
Our current opening is for the following course: Pharmacology
Course Description:Â This course provides the student with pharmacological principles, terminology, and the use of drug references. The concepts enable the student to understand the application of pharmaceuticals. Drug-herb interaction is an important component of the course.
Job Summary:Â Â Faculty for Pharmacology. The faculty member should be qualified to teach classes at the Doctoral level.
 Minimum/Required Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Acupuncture/East Asian Medicine with New York licensure and NCCAOM certification or degree relevant to teaching a course in Pharmacology like MD, DC, PT/DPT, DNP.
- Must be licensed for at least 4 years
- Online -synchronous classroom-based teaching experience at an institution of higher educationÂ
 Desired Qualifications:
- Teaching experience at the graduate level
- Teaching experience with online synchronous courses.
- An extensive teaching resume coupled with a student-centered teaching philosophy
- Familiarity with instructional technology
Estimated Pay Range: $50.00 – 65.00 per hour.
