Dr. Dawn DeFrancesco works for SAP as a professional coach for individuals, groups, and teams. She has coached people on the topics of career, improving team collaboration, work/life balance, and health and nutrition. In addition to coaching, Dawn’s background includes over 20 years in learning and development, instructional design, and performance improvement across many industries. She holds a Ph.D. in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University, a M.A. in Computing in Education from Teachers College Columbia University, and a B.A. in Telecommunications from Pennsylvania State University.
Dawn’s coaching certifications include Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC) with Erickson International, Team Coaching with Solutions Academy, and Master Level Nutrition Consultant designation including nutrition, holistic wellness, sports nutrition, and weight management with American Fitness Professionals and Associates. She has also completed training in Positive Intelligence.
As an adjunct faculty professor, Dawn teaches the Interpersonal Skills course in the Health and Human Performance Coaching program.
