Dr. Narayan’s journey into natural medicine began in 1993. It started with an interest in Asian and native American philosophies and evolved into the formal study of Chinese medicine resulting in a Masters degree then ultimately a doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
He is the founder of Natural Wonders Healthcare, a multidisciplinary wellness clinic specializing in acupuncture, massage, IV Infusion, and Vitamin Injection therapy. He’s performed over 20,000 acupuncture treatments and has been acknowledged for his dedication and commitment to acupuncture by Gil Cedillo, 46th District Representative of the California State Assembly.
Under Dr. Narayan’s leadership, Natural Wonders Healthcare has grown into a thriving natural pain management and wellness clinic serving Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley communities. Resulting from his vast clinical experience he has discussed topics on natural healing on various podcasts and has appeared on KKLA 99.5 radio show Doc Talk.
Dr. Narayan is an adjunct professor of Interprofessional Communications at Pacific College of Health and Science where he draws upon his undergraduate work as a communications major and from his professional experience in LA’s complex and diverse healthcare landscape. He and his clinic are contracted providers with some of the largest networks including Regal Medical Group, Kaiser Permanente, Veterans Administration, and Worker’s Compensation medical provider networks.
Providing natural healing using acupuncture, cupping, far infrared heat, gua sha, salves, and herbs to help his patients obtain mind/body healing is one of the greatest joys of Dr. Narayan’s life.
