The Nancy Etz Scholarship

To support and encourage students pursuing higher education, Nancy Etz awards this annual scholarship to those currently enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students in the U.S.
The Nancy Etz Academic Scholarship was created to recognize an outstanding student and provide them the resources needed to advance in their disciplines and eventually pursue their dream careers.

The American Association of University Women (AAUW) Fellowships and Grants for women

Spectrum Scholars

Spectrum Scholars awards qualified rising college juniors (Class of 2022) with financial need $20,000 in scholarships over their junior and senior year. Selected Scholars will participate in a structured, two-year program focusing on professional development and a potential career at Charter. Students will also receive a professional career mentor and opportunity to explore an internship at Charter. Scholars should identify as Black/African American, Students within this community who also identify as LGBTQ, students with disabilities or students with military backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

Panda Cares Scholars Program

The Panda Cares Scholars Program is a selective scholarship program that advances higher education for community-minded and intellectually gifted students. The Panda Cares Scholars Program will award a three-year renewable scholarship for up to $15,500 (up to $3,500 sophomore year, up to $5,000 junior year and $7,000 senior year) to highly capable future leaders for America who demonstrate academic achievement, strong leadership skills and a commitment to community service. Panda Cares First-Year Scholars Program

The Panda Cares First-Year Scholars Program is a one-time postsecondary scholarship and college success program for graduating high school seniors entering their first year of college. Must have a completed FAFSA, qualify for Federal Pell Grant and must demonstrate unmet need.

Acupuncture Scholarships

American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM) Annual Scholarship

The purpose of the ABORM Annual Scholarship is to foster new scholarly inquiry in the field of Oriental Reproductive Medicine & Infertility for publication in the Journal of Chinese Medicine. The ABORM Annual Scholarship amount is $1000.00, with the scholarship to be paid in full upon successful submission and acceptance for publication of an article in the Journal of Chinese Medicine (JCM).  Applications with topic proposals must be submitted to the ABORM by March 31st annually, and the winner will be notified by April 30th of that same year. 

Nuherbs Chinese Medicine Scholarship

Through this scholarship program, Nuherbs Co. has pledged its ongoing support to the future of Chinese Medicine and this beautiful heritage of healing. Offering three Chinese medicine and Acupuncture scholarships to aid students in their studies.

American Massage Therapy Associate (AMTA) Scholarship

Successful Hand Grants Programs

This program supports the professional massage therapy students and their schools. Several student grants are available through an essay submission process. Their application cycle opens in the fall:

Jeannette Rankin Women’s Scholarship Fund

The Jeannette Rankin Scholarship is a great opportunity for low-income women over 35 who are returning to school to pursue various career paths. This scholarship allows these women to pursue their associate or first bachelor’s degree or attend a technical or vocational school. So it’s perfect for women who are interested in scholarships for massage therapy. There were 78 grants awarded in 2006 to recipients in the amount of $2,000. Deadline is March 18.

Nursing Scholarships

Pacific College Full-time Nursing Program Scholarship

To provide assistance to Pacific College of Health and Science students who are attending the Pacific College of Health and Science’s B.S. Completion Program in Nursing on a full-time basis. Details and Application Form

CampusRN/AACN Nursing Scholarship Fund

For students who are enrolled in a BSN, master’s or doctoral degree program in nursing at an American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) member school. Special consideration will be given to students who are enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program with the goal of pursuing a nursing faculty career, or who are completing an RN-to-BSN program or are enrolled in an accelerated baccalaureate or mater’s degree nursing program. Charlotte McGuire Scholarship Program

Must be a current member of American Holistic Nurses’ Association (AHNA) enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate nursing program related to holistic nursing.

AACN/Breakthrough to Nursing Scholarship

Available to nursing or pre-nursing students from underrepresented populations. The Foundation of the National Student Nurses’ Association also offers many other general and regional nursing scholarships.

Indian Health Service: Health Professions Scholarship Program

Open to full- and part-time American Indian and Alaska Native students seeking an undergraduate or graduate education in the health care field; priority is given to graduate students and junior- and senior-level undergrad students. Must be a member of a federally recognized tribe and agree to serve one year in an IHS facility or other program serving Indian people for each year of financial support. Pre-nursing scholarships are also available.

National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners: McNeil Rural Scholarship

Available to RNs accepted into a master’s or post-master’s pediatric nurse practitioner program. Must have at least one year of previous work experience in pediatrics, be a member of NAPNAP and agree to practice in an underserved rural setting after completion of studies. Several other NAPNAP scholarships are also available.

Other Scholarships Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to three students every year, graduate and undergraduate, for their responses to essay questions listed on their website. Applications tend to be due in December.

New York-only General Scholarship

If you are a high school or college student in the Hudson Valley Region and are enrolled in a 2-5 year institution, you can apply for the $1,000 Stenger, Roberts, Davis & Diamond LLP Superhero Scholarship. Due May 31.

Buenas Opiniones Scholarship for Latino Students
