Pacific College Job Announcement – Clinical Services Assistant – New York Campus

Pacific College of Health and Science is seeking a dependable individual for the onsite, full-time position of Clinical Services Assistant at our New York Campus.ย 

General Job Summary:

The Clinical Services Assistant is responsible for the daily operations of the clinic under the guidance and supervision of the Clinic Director. Accuracy and attention to detail are very important with particular attention to scheduling and rescheduling patients, supply inventory, and financial procedures.

The position requires 5 days per week onsite at the New York campus.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain smooth flow of daily operations in the clinic. Must be available to open and/or close the clinic.
  • Answers telephones and schedules appointments for treatment.
  • Greet and check in patients entering the clinic for treatment.
  • Check patients out and take payment for services and products received.
  • Conduct inventory for treatment rooms and clerical supplies.
  • File and maintain patient Clinical Services charts.
  • Assist the Clinic Director with administrative duties as required and needed.

ย Minimum/Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience in medical, customer service, hospitality or office management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong ability to resolve conflicts in a compassionate and courteous manner.
  • Solution-oriented, with the ability to troubleshoot various issues.
  • Works well individually and as a team member.
  • Ability to listen and learn from others.
  • Must have a broad understanding of the Pacific College mission and the structure and the benefits of its academic and clinical program.

Salary Expectations:ย $17.50 – $19.00 per hour
