Pacific Symposium is fully online this year. In response to valuable feedback from our exhibitors at last year’s online event, we have increased the number of exhibitor presentations to 16. Exhibitor presentations are part of the Cai Shen pass.

We are also in the process of building a new completely browser-based virtual exhibit hall experience. This means that attendees of the lectures will not need to go back-and-forth between zoom meeting rooms to visit virtual exhibit booths. We are in the process of building out this new feature and will be recording a demonstration when it is ready. UPDATE: The new exhibit hall demo should be ready to view on this page by Friday, August 6.
Finally, if you purchase a pass that includes a conference pass, you will be automatically enrolled into all four days of the conference. During the checkout process, please be sure to enter the attendee information if it is different than that of the person placing the order.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any payment for booth space or sponsorship must be submitted in writing to the Symposium Coordinator. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Your full payment, minus $100 non-refundable fee, will be refunded. No refunds due to cancellation will be made after October 15, 2021. All refunds will be processed within 5 to 8 business days following the cancellation request, and payments will either be credited back to your credit card account or mailed by check, based on initial payment. There will be no refunds or credits on no shows.
