No experience is necessary. We have some supplies, but bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have plenty of blocks and straps so no need to bring those. Feel free to drop in anytime and leave anytime to accommodate your schedule.
Julie Kotiw has been a licensed chiropractic physician since 2009, certified in acupuncture since 2009, a certified massage therapist since 2003 and a registered yoga teacher since 2014. She has her bachelor’s degree in general science from Palmer College of Chiropractic –Iowa Campus, and her doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic – Florida Campus. She has a life-long love for learning and teaching the natural healing arts. In 2009, she opened her own multi-disciplinary clinic, which included chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncture, a yoga studio and a medical doctor on staff. In 2014, she retired from private practice in order to pursue her passion for teaching. x
