Dr. Magdalene Frank-Moore, DACM: “My experience in the doctoral program at Pacific College of Health and Science has been enlightening and enriching. The professors and faculty members I interacted with at Pacific College understand that students of all ages, nationalities, and cultures learn in different ways. They transferred knowledge about our discipline by encouraging discussions and stimulating students to think deeply and critically. As a result, my confidence in maintaining well-informed communication with other healthcare professionals has improved substantially. The program has also motivated me to set my sights on more advanced specialization opportunities in the practice of East Asian medicine. I can say, with candor, that I treasure the time spent learning to see past the theoretical to the networking, collaborative, and practical evidence-informed application of our science.
