Dr. Cleere is a doctorally prepared, passionate educator. Prior to teaching, she spent years of her decades-long career in executive leadership positions. It was as a leader that she witnessed the challenge to truly “care” in healthcare. These beliefs, along with recognition of the importance of relational competencies, have fueled her transition from leadership to academia. She pours herself into students with a mindful appreciation for the growing diversity in the field and the knowledge that this rich tapestry will shape the future of nursing!
