Shahrzad Sherry Nooravi, PsyD, MCC, is an organizational psychologist and executive coach who specializes in partnering with leaders to help them create engaging, innovative and productive workplace cultures through learning workshops, team facilitation, and group and individual coaching. An International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach at the MCC-level (Master Certified Coach), Shahrzad believes each person is whole and has the answers within her or himself to lead with wisdom, authenticity, mindfulness and courage. Her teaching in the coaching series focuses on Interpersonal Skills, where students assess personality types and traits, and consider the role of empathy, intuition, compassion, body language, and more.

She has earned her Doctorate of Psychology in Organization Development from Alliant International University, her Masters degree in Communication from Pepperdine University and Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Journalism from California State University Northridge. In addition to being faculty at Pacific College, she also holds adjunct faculty positions at the Center for Creative Leadership and San Diego State’s Department of Extended Learning.

When she is not serving clients and teaching, Shahrzad volunteers for Just in Time, an organization that helps support, educate and inspire youth as they transition out of foster care. She has been recognized for her community involvement and leadership research with accolades including “Citizen of the Year,” “Trailblazer of the Year” and a “A Voice to Listen To.”
