Siu, Cynthia, MSTOM, LAc

Cynthia Siu is an NCCAOM diplomate in Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She is a New York State licensed acupuncturist and obtained her Masters of Science Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science. Past experiences of Ms Siu include teaching at Swedish Institute, in addition to helping to start a non-for-profit foundation that places licensed acupuncturist to treat in-patients at Saint Vincent’s hospital. She studied informally with a New York Chinatown master herbalist, Dr Ling, whom had 50 years of experience before his retirement. Ms Siu was born in Hong Kong and has been residing in New York since her immigration to the United States. She is skilled in using scalp acupuncture for Parkinsons diseases and natural Chinese herbal products for Facial Rejuvenation. She refined her own techniques with training in Zheng Gu Tui Na and Leon Hammer’s Pulse diagnostics, and practices Wu Style Tai Ji Chuan. She is also familiar with obstetrics and gynecology as she worked in her uncle’s busy Chinatown practice for nine years.
