Gina’s background includes 20 years of experience as an executive in education, financial services and technology and fifteen years of experience as a clinician in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.  Gina earned her B.S. in Computer Science from St. John’s University, an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton Business School and a DAOM from PCHS. She is also an adjunct professor in the Master of Business and Information Systems at New York University.

Gina is a professional coach with more than ten years of coaching experience in various industries including technology, healthcare, management, financial services, and startups.  She facilitates workshops on mindfulness, finding your voice, leading change, and transformation.  As a Venwise leader, she facilitates team-building and problem-solving sessions for startup executives.  She currently serves on the board of directors for Pacific College for Health and Science and has previously served on the board of the ATD (Association for Talent Development).

Her certifications include an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coach Federation, Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach through GENOS International, and Board-Certified Coach (BCC) through Center for Credentialing Education (CCE).  She has also completed training in mindfulness through the Center for Achology and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) through NLP Life Training.

Gina founded MACH4 Ventures LLC to coach and consult with rising business leaders so they can build life-long sustainable careers and is especially passionate about helping young women take their seat at the leadership table. Gina teaches the professional skills coaching course in the coaching certificate and Master of Health and Human Performance.
