Courtney blends business and organizational psychology through her advanced qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant and International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed coach. As a professional leadership coach, she partners with senior and high-potential leaders on a wide range of topics including leadership style, executive presence, team engagement, building influence and strategic clarity.

Courtney has significant global Big 4 background with KPMG, assisting Fortune 100 companies globally with operational excellence. She also completed long-term expatriate assignments to KPMG’s offices in Hong Kong and London for over 5 years.

Her coaching approach is characterized by direct communication based in practical leadership behaviors that are proven to be effective. She helps senior leaders manage their own credibility, their boards, their teams, their critical relationships, and manage through crisis by exploring behavioral choices that work.

As an adjunct faculty member at Pacific College of Health and Science in the Master of Health and Human Performance department, she teaches HPC504 Professional Skills and serves as a mentor coach supporting students to meet ICF PCC level training standards.
