Cook, Aaron, LAc

Aaron Cook is a licensed acupuncturist working in San Diego, California. He received his Masters degree in Oriental medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science in 2003, and currently teaches pediatric acupuncture and massage at the College. Aaron is a clinical supervisor at many of Pacific’s off-site clinical programs including Rady Children’s Hospital, Downtown Geriatric clinic and the UCSD free-clinic. Aaron works at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) as a WebMd Fellow and a voluntary faculty member in the department of Family and Preventive Medicine. Aaron has been instrumental in the development of the acupuncture program at the UCSD student-run Free Clinic Project, and the UCSD Center for Integrative Medicine. Aaron has enjoyed being active in many community projects and volunteer positions. He has developed an integrative wellness program at Camp Agape, an annual retreat for families of children with cancer, and has traveled internationally with the U.S. Navy and with UCSD to promote the use and the integration of Traditional Oriental Medicine At UCSD Cook is a WebMd Fellow and a voluntary faculty member in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine.
