Vozar, Elaine, LAc, MSTOM

Elaine Vozar is the Chair of the Herbs Department at Pacific College of Health and Science – Chicago, where she teaches classes and supervises clinic.  She was trained in botany, psychology, and Chinese language at Indiana University Bloomington. After moving to Chicago, she worked in women’s health for six years. Deciding to combine her interest, Elaine attended Pacific College of Health and Science – Chicago to get a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. She has traveled to Malaysia, Thailand, and China to study meditation and healing and has worked in Germany and across the mid-west. A founding member of Bluebird Wellness, a sliding scale private and community acupuncture clinic, Elaine specializes in treating families.
