Pacific College of Oriental Medicine's Recent Awards

Pacific College’s Accreditations and Recognitions:

Pacific College received the required approval from state education departments and ACAOM to being offering several new degrees:
San Diego:
- Associate of Applied Science (Holistic Health Science)
- Bachelor of Professional Studies (Asian Holistic Health and Massage)
New York:
- Associate of Occupational Studies (Massage Therapies)
- Bachelor of Professional Studies (Asian Holistic Health and Massage)
Chicago:
- Associate of Applied Science (Massage Therapies)
- Bachelor of Science (Asian Holistic Health and Massage)
PCOM’s Coordinator of Doctoral Studies, Tom Haines was celebrated at the AAAOM conference in Portland (2007) as one of the 25 pioneers and leaders in Oriental Medicine over the last 25 years.
The San Diego and Chicago campuses were both reaccredited by the ACAOM and the DAOM program received accreditation for the first time in 2008.

Pacific College’s Clinic Awards:

PCOM is a supporting school member of the American Oriental Bodywork Therapy Association (AOBTA)
Pacific College was named Best Alternative Medicine at a Reasonable Price by San Diego Magazine 2005.
PCOM’s clinic won the Best of the West award in 2000, 2002, and 2003 for best curriculum and clinical training by Traditional Chinese Medicine World.
