	(Your tickets will be mailed to you. Please take a cab or shuttle service to and from the hotel, The Catamaran Resort Hotel uses Cloud 9 Shuttle. The cost is $12.00 per person each way. Reservations are only needed when leaving the hotel for the airport.Super Shuttle from the airport to the hotel.)

	Hotel Accomodations: (Pacific Symposium will pay for the specified number of nights at the hotel per the Speaker's contract. Additional travel companions, if staying in separate rooms, as well as room upgrades, are at the Speaker's expense.)
