Dear Pacific Symposium Faculty,

Pacific Symposium 2006 is just around the corner! In order to stay on schedule for the assembly of the Speaker Notebook, and to purchase materials/supplies for your lecture/workshop, I will need to have the following forms 1- 4 completed Friday, September 7, 2007. If you are unable to meet the above set deadline please call the Symposium office immediately. Please note if I do not receive your handouts by the above date they will not be included in the Speaker Handout Notebook, which is given to each Pacific Symposium attendee.

Follow these 4 steps and email your handouts to symposium@pacificcollege.edu

1. All HANDOUTS must be saved as a PDF file, and be organized in the order in which you will present the topic (s).

2. Total number of pages must not exceed 12 pages. Anything over 12 pages will be removed.

3. If you're including Xeroxed or preprinted materials, it must be sent to PCOM 3 weeks in advance of the set deadline (Friday, September 7, 2007). If not, the ONLY location of the inserted pages will be at the end of the booklet. If you'd like to be placed elsewhere, refer to step number 1.

4. Please use 8.5" by 11" pages suitable for reproduction.
