Registration Confirmation:
If you registered by email:
An automatic confirmation will be sent to your email address. Print this confirmation and bring it with you to the Symposium.
If you registered by Mail / Fax / Phone:
A confirmation postcard will be mailed to you, If you do not receive it within two weeks of submitting your registration, please call to confirm that we have received it. Pacific Symposium is not responsible for registrations for which we have not confirmed receipt.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing. An Administrative fee of $50 is assessed on ALL cancellations, postmarked by October 21, 2007. After October 21, 2007 a 50% cancellation fee will apply. NO refunds will be granted after Novemberber 5, 2007 including no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of the request. Your refund will either be credited back to your Credit Card or mailed by check.

CEU Hours:
You must pay the professional rate to receive CEU credit. Pacific College Alumnus receive 10% off the Professional Rate.
