M380 Tai Ji 1 & 705 Tai Ji 2

These courses present the first third of the Yang style Tai Ji and combine Tai Ji’s therapeutic attributes with traditional Chinese philosophy.

In Tai Ji 2 students will learn the second part of the Yang Style short form, continuing the work of Tai Ji level 1, completing the whole short form. Material will also be presented on how tai chi increases our awareness of the energy body and the positive effects this has on our well-being. There is no paper and no exam. Learn to further develop your chi cultivation and stress reduction ability.
