112 Oriental Medical Theory for Body Therapists

Oriental Medical Theory for Body Therapists presents a rich and fascinating history that brings to life the people who advanced the practice of Oriental medicine. It introduces the Oriental view of how the body works (physiology), the cause of disease (etiology), the disease process (pathology), and the four pillars of diagnosis: touching (pulses, etc.), looking (tongues, faces, etc.), hearing (and smelling), and asking in a context appropriate for body therapists. The course also presents the acupuncture point system and the location methods for therapeutic points most useful to body therapists.
