101 Circulatory Massage

This is an in-depth course in full body massage techniques. Special exercises and techniques for individual areas of the body are also covered. The fundamental massage movements of effleurage, petrissage, stroking, friction, vibration, and shaking are taught. Students are also introduced to the techniques of deep tissue massage, polarity, passive joint movement, reflexology and acupressure. A rational group of indications and contraindications for massage is given.
