Approval

The San Diego campus has been approved by the California Bureau of Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE) as a degree-granting institution. Pacific College is not a public institution. A Master of Science (Traditional Oriental Medicine) (M.S.T.O.M.) degree is awarded upon successful completion of the Oriental medicine program. Massage Technician, Massage Therapist, Oriental Body Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Tui Na certificates are awarded upon successful completion of their respective programs.

The New York campus is registered with the New York State Education Department and approved by the Board of Regents. Graduates of the college are awarded the dual degree of Bachelor of Professional Studies/Master of Science (Traditional Oriental Medicine) (M.S.T.O.M.) or Bachelor of Professional Studies/Master of Science (Acupuncture) (M.S. Acup.) upon successful completion of the respective program.

The Chicago campus has been approved by the Illinois Board of Higher Education to offer the Master of Traditional Oriental Medicine (M.T.O.M.) degree.
