NY Immunization Requirements

Students born on or after January 1st 1957 and who are enrolled in six or more credits are required by New York State law to provide proof of immunization against measles, rubella and mumps unless they are exempt for medical or religious reasons. New York State law also requires that students complete and return a meningitis information and response form. The Admissions Office can provide details of these requirements, which are necessary for attendance at all accredited colleges in New York.
