In 1996, Giovanni was appointed Visiting Professor of the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition to being a busy practitioner and teacher, Giovanni has written the following landmark texts: Tongue Diagnosis in Chinese Medicine, The Foundations of Chinese Medicine, The Practice of Chinese Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology in Chinese Medicine, Diagnosis in Chinese Medicine, and Channels of Acupuncture. While firmly rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, Giovanni’s ideas are innovative and adapted to Western conditions and diseases.
