Opportunity for Queens Practitioners to
Educate prospective patients about Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine
And to provide a Service to the community

August, 29 2010 from 12 noon until 5 pm.

Provide auricular acupuncture treatments for relaxation along with information
about the benefits of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

My name is Tanyka Smith and I am a family nurse practitioner at Brooklyn College and the health director of Mount Sinai SDA church. Annually my church has a community health fair in Queens, NY to serve communities that are undeserved. You are invited to participate and be our guest at the Mount Sinai Seventh-day Adventist Church annual community health fair on The community health fair will be located at the Queens Village Veterans Plaza Park on the corner of Springfield Blvd. and Jamaica Avenue. Our goal is to provide free health screening, outreach, counseling, and discussions on various health topics to the local community. Any participation/ service that you can give for this event will be greatly appreciated.
