Growing Wellness Center in Petaluma has offices/practice suites available with up to two months free rent to individuals whose approach incorporates the best in holistic, organic and earth friendly products and practices, and who understand the importance of friendly and courteous service.

Our neighbors include physicians, leading gym, skin care & nutrtition practices and commercial offices. Gas, electric, tenant restroom and washer/dryer amenities are included in rent. Your clientele are eligible for discounts and complimentary consults with nutrition and skin care specialists.

Our location has easy access from Hwy 101, 37 and 116 with ample parking.

Suites available: We realize the current economy and many of the struggles individual practitioners are facing. As our desire is to partner and support those who choose to make a home here at the Center, we have reduced the leasing rates for the first year. One and Two year leases are available and terms lock in the reduced rates as follows:

One wet/dry suite available immediately for $710.00 per month (wet/dry = includes counter sink space)

Three (3) suites available immediately for $620.00 per month

One suite ready for move in, fully equipped with massage table, beautiful armoire, small lighted fountain, and hot rocks. $710.00 per month

One month free rent with a 12-month lease. Two months free rent with a 24-month lease.
