Looking to rent space and build a practice in Westchester, NY?
I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and I started a practice in Pleasantville NY this past January. I have a beautiful space on the first floor of a house located in the center of town. I am the only practioner and work half the week – the other half of the week is available for rent to a lucky practioner. There are two consult rooms – one with a table (pic on left) and the other is my office which has room for an additional table (pic on right). Also in the space is a very spacious reception area, a receptionist’s desk, bathroom, kitchen and dispensary. There is an additional office in the space which my husband occupies most of the week and I will sometimes occupy – for working on a separate business venture.
Everyone who walks into the space loves it, its quite warm and inviting with lots of natural light. Westchester is also a great place to build a practice, there are no other acupuncturists in Pleasantville. I am looking for someone who will fall in love with the space and I could have a good working relationship with.
Rent and the times you would practice are negotiable – for half a week, rent would be between $600-$750 a month.
