Here at Patchwork Palms, we're committed to providing you with the most effective options to heal yourself. It's our number one priority! While our managing director, Elisabeth Kraycik, is pursuing her Associates of Applied Sciences at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, she is also a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor with hundreds of hours of instruction. She was drawn to studying holistic medicine through an early preventative herbal healing education from her father and her strong yoga practice. As a result of practicing yoga, Elisabeth mindfully changed her own body perception and abandoned its objectification. She found an acceptance that permitted her to befriend herself, rediscovering an internal literacy, physically and spiritually.

Elisabeth’s desire to deepen her yoga practice and share it with others inspired her to participate in a yoga teacher training certification. Within that teacher training, Elisabeth thrived on the anatomy studies, and curiously desired to understand the inner workings and beneficial results of yoga. Teaching yoga has offered Elisabeth the joy of helping others discover a connection within their spirit, as well as a therapeutic relief for physical ailments, and inspire her advanced studies in holistic healing. With a focus on early preventative healing and education, Elisabeth developed a strong and transforming yoga practice.

Elisabeth is versed in multiple modalities of massage, Tui Na, Acupressure, Circulatory, Deep Tissue, Thai, Hot Stone, Body Wraps, Chi Nei Tsang, and Fire Cupping. She has over 500 hours of study and 60 hours of clinical practice. Elisabeth is a certified Hatha yoga instructor who is constantly pursuing further education to deepen her practice and insight and guide her to properly inform her students. Elisabeth plans to further develop her focus on healing through additional studies in Herbal Medicine after her graduation in August of 2011.
