Mr. Damone has worked as the Chair of Clinical practice since 2000 fine tuning the structure of Pacific’s clinical orientation and evaluation process, and writing the College’s Clinical Manual. Mr. Damone will continue as a professor and clinical supervisor at Pacific College while he pursues his studies in Chinese language at San Diego State University.

Lynda Harvey received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the California Institute of Fine Arts in 1984, a diploma of acupuncture from Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in 1987, a Doctorate of Oriental Medicine from Samra University in 1989, is Board Certified as a Diplomat of Pain Management with the American Academy of Pain Management since 1992 and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. As Clinic Chair, Ms. Harvey will be responsible for supervising the College’s clinical faculty and overseeing the effective teaching and learning of clinical students. Some of Lynda's goals for Pacific’s clinic include:

• Continuing to raise Pacific’s standards of professionalism, through measures such as thorough charting and the use of more objective measures of evaluating patient progress.
• Updating patient intake and treatment forms
• Requesting supervisor feedback
• Creating standardized methods of handling difficult or controversial clinical situations
• Implementing the new HIPAA privacy policies and insuring OSHA compliance
• Streamlining the student evaluation process and revising clinic forms and grading system
• Making the ordering of lab tests and diagnostic imaging easier to keep up with California’s definition of Pacific’s scope of practice
