International Massage Week

International Massage Week is designed to raise public awareness of the benefits of therapeutic massage and encourage people to take the extra time to care for their health through massage.

Pacific College participates in International Massage Week by offering discounted massage to the public in its student massage clinic. The hour-long massages are performed by supervised massage students and cost $30. Pacific College also promotes its body therapy classes in Acupuressure, Foot Reflexology, Jin Shin, Shiatsu, Tui Na, Thai and Swedish massage. These classes lead to certification as a Massage Technician/Therapist, Oriental Body Therapist, or Holistic Health Practitioner.
