I know the landlord of a few buildings in Prospect Heights & Park Slope Brooklyn.  I live in one of his buildings.  He is currently looking to fill 2 apartments between Feb 1st & March 1st, both apartments would work as a share for 2 people and are $1600 each.  Also, there is one woman looking for a roommate.  The building is quiet with a shared backyard and free laundry in the building.  Students can contact me directly if interested.  Just trying to help out - especially since my landlord is flexible with lease start/end dates, it's a great deal for students.
