$40/month for utilities (wifi, basic cable, electricity). The apartment is
located under a mile from the San Diego PCOM campus (so you can easily run
home between classes), across from the bus & trolley station, and very
close by the 8 & 163 and not too far from the 5 or 805 freeways. The

community pool, hotub, grill, exercise room, off street parking. The
apartment has central ac/heat, washer & dryer in apartment, balcony w/small
potted garden. There are 2 bathrooms so one for each room. You would be
sharing the apartment with me and my boyfriend, I am halfway through the
program at PCOM and my boyfriend works full time as a sound/lighting
engineer in the San Diego area. We also have one cat, so you must be cat
