About us:
Incredibly spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full living
room, dining room, a large counter spaced kitchen, and balcony.
We are on the 2nd floor of a 6-floor coop building, with an elevator and
large open stairways, spacious lobby, live-in super, and two laundry
facilities on the ground floor.
Married couple with 2 yr old daughter have the master bedroom with private
bathroom. Both are alternative health practitioners. We are seeking renters
who are normal - pays their rent on time (by the 1st), considerate of
others, very neat, respectful, and doesn't mind my cute daughter. Please
don't reply if you are not what we are looking for.
I don't mind a small dog or cat.
