We’re looking for new roommates to move into our 3 bedroom apartment for May and June 1st.

Our apartment is located in Woodside, Queens, just a 15-minute train ride from Manhattan. We’re conveniently 3 blocks away from the 7 train, LIRR, R, V, G, and the Q32 and Q60 bus stops, with several grocery stores, laundromats, restaurants, etc. all within blocks.

Incredibly spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full living room, dining room, a large counter spaced kitchen, and balcony. We are on the 2nd floor of a 6-floor coop building, with an elevator and large open stairways, spacious lobby, live-in super, and two laundry facilities on the ground floor. The apartment is fully furnished, however, the bedrooms available are unfurnished.

The larger room available is the 2nd largest room in the apt (my husband, daughter and I have the master bedroom with its own bathroom). I'm not positive what the dimensions are but it is approximately 14x22, hardwood floors, and a double window wall. One double door closet with shelf.

Rent - $800 with utilities (for a single person); $1000 for two people

The smaller room is right off the balcony (one window looks out onto the balcony (flowers!!!) and another window on another wall. It's approximately 13x19. Also with hardwood floors and a double sliding door closet.

Rent - $700 with utilities (single person only)

The larger bathroom would be a share with the other renter.

We are a married couple with a 1 1/2 yr old daughter. We are very neat / clean. We are seeking renters who are normal - pays their rent on time (by the 1st), considerate of others, very neat, respectful, and doesn't mind my cute daughter. Please don't reply if you are not what we are looking for (especially the neat part)! I don't mind a small dog or cat.
