Renovated Brooklyn Loft for work, living, or both

In Williamsburg, Brooklyn:  A lovely, recently renovated factory loft (1900 sq ft) is coming available. Our situation is flexible, so we could be open to a share, sublet or people who wants to take over the lease completely. It's a great set up for a live-in/work space. We've been using it as a living space/acupuncture clinic but our offices are moving into Manhattan now. We have 3 rooms that are in the back of the apartment off the street, making them peaceful treatment rooms or bedrooms, a very large (850 sq ft living room), an additional sitting room which we used as a waiting room, and another bedroom with a loft. Potentially 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms in total. The floors are newly refinished. There's plenty of original detail and character, tons of light and 15 ft ceilings. Laundry is just down the block and the nearest subway is the Lorimer stop on the L train. The kitchen is great for cooking with a vintage, industrial feel and a quirky lofty bathroom that could use a facial.

This is an ideal space for two people as a live-in work situation, roommate share or for a family of four, two adults, two kids. We're trying to secure something for May 1 or thereabouts... so let me know if you'd like to come check it out. Im happy to send pics, but because the layout and detail is so tricky, the pictures don't do it justice. It's a super great space and definitely worth a look.

Rent can range between $1800-4200, the details of which would have to be sorted out depending on how the space is divided up, duration and cost of utilities.
