How to post images you found on the web:
  1. Copy and paste the url of the image into your post
  2. Highlight the pasted url and click on the "Img" button above
  3. Your link should now look something like this {img}your url{/img}
  4. Click "Submit" button below
  5. You should now see the image in your post.

How to embed videos you found on the web:
  1. Copy and paste the url of the video into your post
  2. Highlight the pasted url and click on the "video" drop down menu above
  3. Choose where you got the video from
  4. Your link should now look something like this {video}url{/video}
  5. Click "Submit" button below
  6. You should now see the video in your post.
