Room one is ideal for any practice that does not require a sink or running water. Makeup Artist, Massage Therapist, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Skin Care, General Office space…. Etc.





Room two is ideal for an Esthetician. Connected to a small kitchenette style nook area with a sink, installed shelving and cabinets. Room dimensions in total are 910 sq. ft. with small dividing wall.






Room Rents for $600 and $600 deposit


OR for two practitioners to share $700 ($350each)


Two shared restrooms


Very clean, pleasant environment


Includes reception services M-F 10am-3pm for returning client calls, appointment setting, reminder calls and general questions about services.
