Shared office space for rent in the heart of downtown Evanston. We are a holistic practice with over 14 years at our current location. We are a very close-knit group that often refers patients to one another and works well together. We are looking to add new practitioners to our group and would ideally like two new massage therapists. The office is very near the Davis metra/CTA stop. The cost of a 10x10 room for seven days a week is $325 plus nominal electric and water for an additional approx $20 for the month. Rent includes:

-individual office treatment room
-waiting room (includes water cooler service and teas)
-heat/electric/water/gas
-name on business directory
-referrals from other practitioners that work here
-a back office with a mini kitchen area
