This beautiful, peaceful space is a perfect fit for; acupuncturist, herbalist, osteopath, nurse practitioner,nutritionist, reflexologist, energy worker, midwife, doula.

Each treatment room is tastefully decorated, fully furnished, has a large window, air conditioning, and heat.Also includes use of treatment tables, table paper, pillows, bolsters, needle disposal, TDP lamps and more. Common area includes; a sink, desk, waiting chairs, refrigerator, microwave. The building is accessible 24/7.

If you are an acupuncturist, you supply all needles, liniments, etc. We supply table paper, cotton balls, needle disposal and more (if you are interested in the space I can send you the detailed rental agreement.) You can use smokeless moxa or the tiny moxa platforms but no cigar moxa because we can't clean the air and I along withmany patients are allergic to the heavy smoke.

Asking 1st and last month rent plus a $200 deposit. Month to month sublet. Must submit 30-days written notice to end lease. Also, required are: copies of updated malpractice insurance, business insurance, professional license.

The times slots that I haveavailable are (if you chose to rent 3 slots I can discount rent a bit):

Sunday: One treatment room all day $420/month, and an additional room for 1/2 day (3 pm to whenever you need to leave. This building is open 24/7) $215/month

Monday: 1/2 day anytime in the morning until 2 p.m. $205/month

Friday: From 4 p.m. to whenever. $185/month

Saturday: one room all day $420/month and an additional room 1/2 day 3-whenever $215/month

If you are a massage therapist and need us to send your laundry out for you there is an additional fee to cover the expense based on volume we can discuss fee if needed.
