UNION SQUARE RENTALS

We are seeking a like-minded business or practitioner to share our beautiful space. We are a professional studio for Alexander Technique and other holistic practices, centrally located on 14th St. between 5th & 6th Avenues.

This is a unique opportunity to find a home, or to utilize adjunct teaching space in an established studio, considered by many the most beautiful space in NYC.

Perfect for support groups, wholistic practitioners, any wholistic studio, training program, or healing or meditation center in need of a home.
The studio makes a wonderful conference space, classroom/workshop space; a tranquil space in which to be creative; or a clean, naturally lit space for photo shoots.

The Skylight Room (20'x16') is ideal for group classes and workshops.
The Window Room (14'x13') is a nurturing space for private consultations.
The Waiting Room (9'x16') is calm & welcoming
The Whole Space (750 sq. feet) includes 2 rooms and a waiting area - a quiet, private studio, perfect for your activities.

Each room features:
• natural daylight
• wall-mounted mirrors
• massage tables
• folding chairs & tables
• stools
• meditation cushions & mats
• CD players
• central heat and A/C
• Wi-Fi access
Elevator building. Some storage space is available.

Sharing Options:
•All mornings, daily, until early afternoon and / or
•Weekends, on an ongoing basis or
•2-4 Full Days per week

Space is also available on an hourly basis.

Rates:
Skylight Room
$40 per hour or $115 minimum for weekday evenings Monday-Thursday (6:30pm-9:30pm).

Window Room
$25 per hour or $400/month for one weekday per week each month (equivalent to 4 or 5 full days per month).

Whole Space
$60 per hour.
