Looking for a practitioner in the healing arts -
a massage therapist, acupuncturist, energy worker, or health care practitioner.
The office is approximately 1,000 square feet,
on the ninth floor, at the end of the hall and faces the back of the building on 6th Ave.
It is very quiet.
There are 3 treatment rooms and a reception area.
Each room has one large window and the office is carpeted. The windows are brand new.
There is a sink in the office itself and a water cooler.
The bathrooms are in the hallway just outside of the office's front door.
The bathrooms were completely renovated about a year ago
and have keypad locks for security and easy access.
The cost of 1 room on 1 day for1 month is $500.00 (4 ex., $500.00 4 1 rm every Mon in the month)
and with a 1 day commitment rooms may be rented on any day of the week when available
(except Thursdays) for $20.00 per hour.
I have an online calendar where practitioners may book by the hour.
The building is open 24 hrs, 7 days a week, 362 days a year.
There are 3 new elevators in the lobby.
Each treatment room has a massage table, a chair, a swivel stool on wheels, a torchiere lamp with a dimmer, an electric heater and a stand for supplies. Acupuncturists and massage therapists are responsible for purchasing their own supplies - needles, cotton, rubbing alcohol, towels, tissues, table paper, etc.
There is a copy machine available for use in the reception area and ample jacks for people to use if they wish to set up phone or fax lines under their own name.
There is also an ample storage area available for supplies.
There is a water cooler in the reception area.
The space is available immediately and at this time there are rooms available everyday except Thursdays.
