Looking for a grad student or professional person to share super cute house.
Sorry, only one person please.

Clean up after self and common areas, communicate.  Share is the key thing here.

House: 2 Bdrm / 1 Bath.
The bedrooms are on opposite sides of a long hallway. The bathroom has a shower and awesome tub in the middle.

Facilities include washer/dryer, garage with auto opener , fireplace, hardwood floors, big yard, fire pit, patio, Direct TV, Wireless internet.

Looking at a rent of $900. Total includes all bills including SDGE , water/sewer /garbage , wireless , DVR

About myself, I am a grown up female and have been a Massage Therapist/ Yoga instructor for 14 years.
I work in a separate part of the house part time and could share that with another practitioner.

The inside is attractive with hardwood floors and nice furniture in the common area.
Utilities, including internet and electric, are very affordable.

I'm looking for a quiet, responsible roommate to share my home. I ask for a six-month lease with $500 deposit, to be followed by a month-to-month lease.

I'm a female PCOM student who works part-time. I'm quiet, considerate and studious and am looking for someone similar. No preferences for male or female. Lifestyle similarities are more important.
