Pacific College Alumni Profile - Yi Lily Zhang:

Yi Lily Zhang was inspired to pursue studies in Oriental medicine by watching her mother practice acupuncture in China. She graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine's New York campus with her Master of Science of Traditional Oriental Medicine in 2002. Yi's specialty is supportive care and symptom management of all forms of cancer, including pediatric.

Since June of 2003 she has being working with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York as a full time acupuncturist. Her main responsibility is to work with research and inpatient and outpatient clients. In addition, she oversees all the research protocol for acupuncture services done at the Center.

She grew up in China but currently lives in Queens, NY.
