Pacific College Alumni Profile - Dawn Richard-Cvetkovic
Dawn Richard-Cvetkovicgraduated from Pacific College, San
Diego in 2000. She now lives in Temecula, CA with her husband and two children. She works at
Fallbrook Acupuncture, specializing in pain relief for the neck, back, knee, elbow, hands/
fingers and arthritis. She also treats pregnancy and menstrual issues.
Dawn's interest in acupuncture began as a search for health help for her grandparents. According
to Dawn, conventional medicine was only making them worse by prescribing numerous drugs, and when
she found acupuncture her prayers were answered. Her grandparents began treatments and she began
attending Pacific College.
"I feel blessed to work as an acupuncturist," said Dawn. There is no other job, besides being a mother
that I'd rather do."
Dawn's family is her number one passion. She also likes to work out at the gym and be outside --
anything from playing at the park, to planting flowers, to walks and meeting with other moms. She
enjoys small weekend vacations, attending seminars and keeping up on what's going on in the
acupuncture world. She subscribes to many journals to keep abreast of laws and regulations, and
likes to read acupuncture and herbal medicine studies.
