Acupuncture and Massage Scholarships

The following scholarship programs are not administered by Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

nuherbs Co., the Future of Chinese Medicine, will award three scholarships to further the development of Chinese Medicine by supporting the brightest and most passionate students of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. These Chinese medicine and Acupuncture scholarships are available to MSTOM students from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine that are registered for the Fall 2010 semester, with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Three scholarships will be awarded:

* Nuherbs® Scholarship ($2,000.00)
* Herbal Times® Scholarship ($1,500.00)
* Jade Dragon® Scholarship ($1,000.00)

The eligibility criteria are as follows:

1) Must be a current student with a minimum cumulative G.PA. of 3.0, and expects to be enrolled in Fall 2010
2) Attend a participating ACAOM accredited acupuncture school.
3) Submit a completed application, including an essay to PCOM Financial Aid Office by April 5, 2010.

American Specialty Health Scholarship
A scholarship designed to aid students in further their studying in alternative healing careers.

Massage Magazine Scholarship
Five scholarships of $1,000 each are given to students who have more than 90 hours of training and are currenlty enrolled in a Massage program.

Dr. Michael and Marlene Nissenblatt Scholarship
Scholarship for first or second year post-graduate Western Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and/or Herbology who embrace and bring the human touch and human spirit to health care may apply.

$500 Scholarships
Scholarship program set up by The Supply Center, Oriental Medical Institute, & the California State Oriental Medical Association (CSOMA). Applications are available in the Financial Aid Office.
