Toan grew up in Vietnam where he honed his acupuncture and herbal medicine style. He graduated from the University of California San Diego with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology in 1992. Toan earned his Master’s degree at Pacific College and has been practicing since 1996. His strengths are raw herbal medicine and point location. He also teaches Acupuncture Points 3 at Pacific College. In his private practice, he specializes in classic TCM.
